These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the use of the User ( hereinafter referred to as: “Guest” or “You” ) By using our website, which is located at https://residencegudaurihills.com and which is operated by “Areali Inc.” LLC (C/N: 405122077 ) (hereinafter: “Areali”)

By using our website and making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions, which constitute a contract between us. Please read them carefully before making a payment. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and the Company and apply to all reservations for hotel room space. You agree that the reservation will be made in good faith, in accordance with the established rules (without limitation), and for no other purpose.

Information gathering

Rates and Payment:

  • When booking a hotel room, you pay 100% of the total cost of the reservation in advance, in the currency specified in advance;
  • Online payment is made through the secure payment system of JSC TBC Bank, where you enter your credit card details once and confirm the debiting of the amount from your credit card using the 3D security code. If desired, you can also make the payment via Apple wallet or Google wallet;
  • The hotel room rate does not include breakfast, drinks and/or other additional services. The cost of breakfast is an additional 50 GEL;
  • In case you leave the hotel early or show up with fewer than the specified number of people, the amount you paid will not be refunded;
  • If you wish to add a bed to the room , e. use the so-called ” extra bed” service, you will be charged an additional fee of 50 GEL for this service.

 

 

Order Cancellation/Refund/Refund

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days before the reservation date, the amount paid will be fully refunded, and if If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the reservation date, the amount paid by him/her is not subject to refund;
  • Refunds/reimbursement will be made within 7 business days of the cancellation of the reservation;
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method;

Arrival and departure

  • check – in time for a hotel room is 3:00 PM.
  • check-out time from the hotel room is no later than 12:00 noon.
  • Early arrival or late check-out is possible for an additional fee.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel room, the guest must present a valid identification document.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest additionally signs a registration card, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Right to refuse service

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide you with services (without refund) if:
  • You are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances and are disrupting the order;
  • You are disturbing the peace of other guests;
  • You are trying to use our hotel for illegal purposes;
  • Intentionally damage hotel property or guests;
  • If you exceed the established number of people allowed in the room without permission;
  • In case of suspicion of fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

 

Information storage

  • Your personal information, except for your credit card details, is stored Area On secure servers;

Tobacco smoking policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and enclosed areas. Violators of this rule will be fined 2000 GEL.

 

Damage to hotel property

  • The guest is responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by him or his friends, guests, or people under his responsibility;
  • The guest is obliged to compensate the company for any damage caused by such actions. The cost of the lost items, in proportion to their value, will be deducted from the guest’s credit card.
  • In case you lose your hotel key, you will be charged an additional fee of 15 GEL for each key.
  • In case of damage to rooms, furniture, equipment or any hotel inventory: mattress, blanket, linen, towels, mattress cover, pillows, bedroom covers, blankets, kitchen accessories, etc., you will be charged a fine of 10 to 2,000 GEL, which will depend on the cost of full replacement, as well as shipping and other costs related to replacement.

 

Company responsibility

  • The company is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of your personal property.

Force majeure
